Pratyahara (pronounced pratya-haara) is a sanskrit word, which essentially means “seeking one’s inner-self” or “return to self”. In yoga, it is the transition between the inner-world and the outer-world (so, balanced 😉 ).

Most babies often smile in their sleep…and what a generous smile they give! And the top three explanations to this being : they are having dreams, they are playing with angels, they are passing gas! Well, we are ok as long as it makes us feel he is happy. 😀
