Parjanya, our baby girl.
Born: 19 Jan 2012, 11:17AM IST @ the Ruby Hall Hospital, Pune.
Parjanya (pronounced par-janya) is a sanskrit word, symbolizes “source of life” and “fertility”. In the vedas, parjanya is the one who brings the rain.

Congratulations! Prayers for a peaceful home to you – is big brother excited? My son was three when we added baby #2 (a girl) to our family and it was very hard for him. His behavior was a challenge for us, but thankfully he soon grew out of it. They (and baby #3) are great friends now (most of the time)!

Well hey!….parjanya here….umm…NOT the baby from the pic….(im 18 and im a GUY)….i was trying to google myself when i came across this site….(the kid’s cuuuute!…)…congrats!…i saw a few comments askin what the name means…parjanya is the bringer of rain…/ the raincloud…ancient sanskrit..particularly mentioned in the rig veda…wikipedia’s got a lot of info on this…….
